Approved Knowledge
AI-assisted experiences must not invent customer names, certifications, partnerships, pricing, SLA commitments, or unauthorized legal and commercial promises.
Human Handoff
When a visitor needs pricing, proposals, technical sizing, legal commitments, partner terms, or support escalation, the experience should disclose that human follow-up is required.
